G-SERIES GEN3 Media Server
Building upon our extensive knowledge of the events industry, the G-SERIES GEN3 is the highest performing Uni-Platform media server we have built. It is engineered to handle modern, complex real-time rendering, high-end 2D and 3D media playback, virtual production, and many other demanding applications with ease.
Designed to travel with professionals in mind, the G-SERIES features a comprehensive set of advanced capabilities, including modular rear panels, DisplayPort LEDs providing clear EDID and sync status indication, and a built-in touchscreen delivering live server status, EDID control, and system management.
Every G-SERIES server comes with our new Overseer software suite, enabling remote on-site monitoring and control of the networked systems. Optional upgrades are also available, including high-speed SFP/QSFP networking with support for SMPTE ST 2110 for seamless integration into advanced broadcast and production workflows.
The DVS G-SERIES GEN3 is the next evolution of Uni-Platform media servers, designed for rental, live events, broadcast and integrated environments; delivering exceptional performance, flexibility and reliability.
Designed for permanent installations, rental and mobile. The G-SERIES GEN3 media server is built with 5251 aluminium alloy giving it high durability while keeping the weight as manageable as possible. Textured powder coating brings a beautiful, professional finish which resists most scratching and chipping. The internal components are vibration isolated protecting them from high frequency vibrations during transit.
The modular back panel offers flexibility with a wide range of upgrade options. Examples such as high speed SFP/QSFP networking like Nvidia’s BlueField or ConnectX-6/7, GUI cards, additional GPU card, capture cards and more. Recessed for protection, this area is also able to be illuminated so engineers can have access in dark environments.
All G-SERIES come with a Overseer license allowing remote, on-site control over each licensed system. Also included is the DVS Recovery tool. This powerful tool allows you to re-image a G-SERIES to a range of pre-built and setup images. Each image is configured and ready to go for the specific software designated, perfect for the rental market. The recovery tool also allows you to recover to a base image if required.
